  • LTI1s: int - Field that specifies if the organizational job is eligible for incentive stock options. 1=yes; 0=no.

  • LTI3s: int - Field that specifies if the organizational job is eligible for restricted stock. 1=yes; 0=no.

  • TCCPhilPercentiles: Field that specifies the organizational job’s market-pricing default comparison field for total cash compensation.
  • SalaryRangeMins: The Salary Range Minimum on the Job level.
  • SalaryRangeMids: The Salary Range Midpoint on the Job level.
  • SalaryRangeMaxs: The Salary Range Maximum on the Job level.
  • CurrencyCodes: Field used to designate what currency the compensation data is displayed in.
  • DefaultComparisonCodes: Field that specifies if the CompAnalyst interface for market-pricing defaults to CompAnalyst Market data, or Survey Library data. 1=CompAnalyst, 2=Composite, 3=Composite, if not available then CompAnalyst.
  • IsUseDefaultMarketDatas: Indicator for using default market data. Along with having the ability to setup job scoping on the CompanyJob level, you can designate different scoping in a structure to a job based on the different salary plans it belongs to.
